Service
Our service (or simply service) includes our App, website and the social pages.
Before accessing or using our Services, you must agree to the terms of the Agreement.
Ownership and Rights
All the sound files. Images and graphic files in the app and website belong to Digital Pantam creators and you may not copy, modify or resell them.
Digital Pantam owns the sounds, images and graphics the user is able to use in the services.
Digital Pantam gives its users the right to publish the songs they have recorded in the app, and even sell them. All this if it was recorded in the app, and no change or editing was made to the original sound file.
Users do not have the right to use the sound from the application for the benefit of another application or software, do not have the right to use the sound as raw materials for any use, and do not use them for any other purpose that is not related to the Digital Pantam App or got the rights from the developers of the app.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Payment
Digital Pantam can be accessed partly freely. Additional features, such as sounds, unlimited recording time, no ads, scales, shakers, themes and any other features may cost money.
The payment goes through Google Play or Apple App Store, and the prices can be seen before the purchase itself.
Prices may change from time to time, and the creators of the app have the full right to do so according to what they think is most appropriate.
Media files
Digital Phantom reserves the right to edit / remove / modify / add / update sound files, graphics or features from within the application, in order to improve the application according to what the creators of the application think is right for the product.
Actual playable sounds may differ from the store and may differ after updating the service as sounds may change.
Recording
Recordings may differ from the original playable sounds due to different operating systems and API versions.

Digital Pantam is an app developed by a team with a love for music, design and development. The app is developed in their spare time, so if you encounter or encounter various problems or bugs, we will be happy for you to contact us by email so we can address it as soon as possible.
By using the app in any form including: game, recording and including internal purchases, you recognize that you may encounter various bugs, and are aware that we will do our best to solve these problems, but sometimes it will not be possible to solve everything for one reason or another.
Digital Pantam may terminate all communication between the application and the user for any reason and without prior notice and without additional conditions.
